Meet the 2021 Lioness of the Year; Kayce Holmgren

Kayce was willing to record this podcast while out in the field on the last day of her spring bear hunt!  At 22 years old, she is lethal with a bow, rifle or shotgun and ready to chase everything from small game to deer, elk and bear.  Kayce recently left a promising welding career in pursuit of building her own taxidermy business in the Oakridge/Eugene Oregon area.  This lioness shows no fear of hunting solo nor getting her hands dirty as she embraces every part of the field to table experience. 

Not only is Kayce the first female to be awarded with the Lioness title in our Outdoorsman of the Year league but she is the first female guest on the HuntLeague Podcast.  Thank you Kayce for sharing your stories and passion as you pave the way for others to follow.
